Flow Reactors & Systems
Our flow reactors can handle a variety of aggressive conditions including high temperatures, pressures, corrosive chemicals and solid slurries. We have models that range from the microreactor volumes to lab models and larger pilot models. All models provide extremely high mass and heat transfer coefficients with large surface area per unit volume. We support you from conceptualization all the way through scale up to production scale. Our in-house wet lab and analytical services allow demos to be run for customer projects at our site. These are excellent for batch to continuous conversion projects especially for highly exothermic chemistries.
