Amar operates an impressive mechanical fabrication facility centrally located in Mumbai. With their pool of skilled workers, machining talent, and advanced production machinery, combined with the price advantage of India, I see great potential for supplying high - quality mechanical components to the European market.
Synergy arises from Germany’s long - standing tradition of precision manufacturing and innovation, paired with Amar’s unique strength in scaling production at highly competitive price points, as well as India’s advancements in digitalization, software design and machine customizationl. Indo - German industrial and academic cooperation requires us to recognize and leverage the competitive advantages of both sides.

Mr. Bhanu has been a regular user of Amar Flow Chemistry Reactors.
Here's what he says:
What I like about Amar range of Flow reactors is their practicality: They offer a clear path to scale up and their price points are much more reasonable than competition which makes commercialization more realistic. For me, the most important attribute in a flow reactor is the deployment to industrial scale of our flow chemistry processes. Many flow reactors work at lab scale, but few reactors are able to successfully scale up to industrial scale production.

Prof. Parimala, an expert in fermentation and reaction engineering, has been a collaborator with Amar. On her most recent visit to Amar this is what she had to say:
I see enormous opportunities in process intensification via better mass transfer and unique reactor designs especially in my focus area: fermentation starting from sustainable feedstock. Typical stumbling blocks for chemical process innovation in developing markets are the high cost of equipment especially custom-made reactors. I see Amar as a unique fabrication partner who has high quality technical abilities but at the same time offers very economical price points for reactors and pilot plants. This helps me further my goals of innovation that can help the larger community in price sensitive developing countries. For startups, it is crucial to identify partners that can scale up our ideas without costing a bomb.
